I always joke with him that I think he has an MRI machine behind his eyes because he seems to have created in his head a relief map of my entire face, where the mountains are and where the valleys are. He also understands the mathematics of the proportions and what they should be for the most beautiful look. He could tell where the previous doctor went wrong; where too much fat was taken and where not enough was taken. He analyzed my face carefully and explained all of the procedures and recommendations to me. It ended up taking two revision surgeries because of the amount of procedures that were initially botched and needed correcting. I think we forget sometimes that beauty isn’t just subjective but mathematical. A good plastic surgeon has to understand proportions and mathematics of the face. Dr. Movassaghi understands the proportions of beauty. He is just one of those people who has extreme passion for what he does. He is always developing new procedures and teaching internationally. His passion for plastic surgery led him to develop and improve his skills. He is one of the few doctors who is actually excited to take on a challenge such as revising my botched face and neck lift I’m very pleased with the results I have to add that he’s not only a masterful plastic surgeon but everything in his office runs in the same kind of organized way. if you call his office, they will call you back. When I walk into reception, they’re very supportive and very kind. They also have chocolate at the front desk! Lol.
