Dr. Movassaghi is proud to be serving his fellow plastic surgeons as a board member for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). ASAPS is the leading national organization for plastic surgeons focused on cosmetic plastic surgery of the face and body.
Membership in ASAPS is subject to rigorous standards and is only open to plastic surgeons who have been board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. International members who meet specific criteria are also accepted; there are more than 2600 members in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Dr. Movassaghi was elected to the board as a member-at-large.
